Coaching creates space for you to find clarity and solutions within yourself. It's ideal for experienced product leaders navigating complexity who need strategic guidance and perspective.
Mentoring offers tactical collaboration based on direct experience. It's perfect for quickly developing specific skills and approaches without lengthy trial and error.
In practice, it's rarely either/or — we'll blend both approaches to perfectly suit your unique situation and goals.

A typical session is highly focused on your specific product growth and leadership challenges. We'll explore a mix of strategic vision, tactical execution, and leadership development, always tailored to your unique situation. My style as a coach involves asking probing questions to help you clarify your thinking, acting as a trusted thought partner to validate your ideas, and, when beneficial, sharing direct recommendations or pointing out common pitfalls drawn from my extensive experience.
