"Interesting" is my favorite word 😀 I'm open to hearing about it, but keep in mind that I prefer time-limited engagements (interim or fractional).
Do you have experience in XYZ industry?
Probably not. But here's what makes a great coach/advisor: exposure to various industries without getting stuck in one. Moving between industries helps you spot what doesn't change — the underlying principles. While domain knowledge has its place, Product Growth expertise is absolutely transferable. Plus, I love learning new industries — a little viable knowledge definitely sharpens the strategy :)
Where are you located? Do you only work remotely?
I live in Berlin. Call me old-fashioned, but I believe in the power of co-located teams and face-to-face conversations. If your company is in Berlin, I'm up for hybrid mode and in-person meetings. I can also travel for workshops or other short-term engagements. But no worries if you're elsewhere or fully remote — that's my go-to mode, too.

Yes, I believe building growth foundations should start before PMF — it can actually help you reach it faster. The key is timing, so it really depends on your specific situation. Do I really need a coach / mentor / advisor?
Nope! But about 40% of SaaS leaders work with one. A coach helps you improve your work, spot landmines you might miss, bring fresh perspective, and troubleshoot all the crazy stuff that happens in tech. Personally, I wish I'd discovered coaching earlier — it's a shortcut to success.
Enough about work, what do you do in your spare time?
I'm a rather calm person who enjoys routines. While weekdays are for work, weekends you can find me aimlessly roaming Berlin's streets and parks — a city I'm still in love with after 6 years. Or just spending time with my family.
Spirituality is a big part of my life. I'm not religious, not a master meditator (anymore), not an expert manifestor... Just someone who tries to stay acutely sensitive to the moment. I believe that true spirituality has to do with extreme mental clarity and keeping in touch with the actuality of things. This outlook helps me reconcile my work and this calling. I'm happy to talk about this too, if this is something you're struggling with.
